I recently had the pleasure of working with Marco Tine when looking for my first home in Florida. From Day 1, Marco was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for condos based on my style and what I was looking for. I live in New York and Marco picked me up from the airport and drove me around to 20 different units. Marco has the best personality and made this experience so much fun. Any time of day or night, Marco would respond! Even while I was in New York, Marco would look at units for me and facetime me. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Marco was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Even after closing, Marco was still there for me. He recommended contractors and would meet with them while I was in New York. Marco literally went above and beyond for me. I can't thank him enough. Marco is now part of the family and I would recommend him to any and everyone!!
