For would-be homeowners, the appeal of rapidly growing Edgewater is obvious. First, there’s the convenience factor.
Located north of Downtown Miami, the neighborhood (coastal, as its name suggests) sits across from Miami Beach, tucked right between the Julia Tuttle Causeway and the Venetian Causeway. That means easy access to South Beach and Mid Beach, as well as to Wynwood and the Design District, both inland. Beyond the prime location, Edgewater boasts a range of luxury towers, plus some mid-rises and townhomes, and some historic homes.
