Indian Creek
The word exclusive doesn’t even begin to describe Indian Creek, a tiny island in Miami-Dade
containing 41 homesites (and the Indian Creek Country Club) located across the bridge from
Surfside.
The village, with an area of less than half of a square mile, has called itself home to a slew of boldfaced names from the worlds of business, sports, entertainment and politics.
One two-acre estate on the water broke a Miami-area sales record—twice, the last time fetching a price of $50 million in 2019. Children who grow up in Indian Creek can attend school in Surfside and nearby Bay Harbor Islands.
